PHASE ONE (MINDSET)

Weeks 1-4 (Jan. 4th-31st)

>> Mindset + tools to set you up for success (goal setting, getting into a routine, developing new healthy habits, learning how to log nutrition & enter recipes, learning how to take your measurements so that you can track your progress)

>> Phase 1 is the foundational principles you need in order to be successful in Phase 2.

>> In order to “drop10” and keep it off, you will need to allow yourself some time to get into the right mindset. Phase 1 will teach you the foundational steps that will set you up for success in Phase 2 & beyond. By the end of Phase 1, you’ll be able to identify your downfalls & roadblocks, establish a support system, develop new healthy habits, learn how to properly track your nutrition, and you’ll also be able to figure out the correct calorie range for YOUR BODY. You’ll start exercising consistently in Phase 1 and as a result, you will have more energy and your metabolism will start to speed up. By the end of Phase 1, you’ll be READY and fully PREPARED to move into Phase 2 with enthusiasm & confidence that you have everything you need to be successful at dropping 10 pounds.

PHASE TWO (IMPLEMENTATION)

Weeks 5-9 (Feb. 1st-March 7th)

>> Action phase where you implement what you learned in Phase 1 (you will log your meals & snacks consistently, meal prep weekly, and you'll be guided through more goal-oriented workouts)

>> Phase 2 is the phase where you will drop 10 pounds (and/or 10 inches)…the phase where you will decrease your body fat and increase your lean muscle tissue

>>  In Phase 2, you’ll start to implement the “drop10” action steps, which include logging nutrition daily, exercising consistently, properly hydrating yourself each day, and getting adequate rest/sleep. This phase will concentrate mostly on nutrition. You’ll practice staying within your calorie range, hitting your macro ratios, learning how to meal plan & meal prep, figuring out what to eat pre & post-workout, and setting yourself up for success on the weekends. This phase will change the way you look & feel about food…you’ll begin to realize which foods provide fuel for your body and how macros effect your body. At the end of Phase 2, you’ll be able to effectively hit your macro ratios without having to log your nutrition every single day. At the end of this phase, you will be 10 pounds lighter and you will have lost a significant amount of inches… if you’ve followed the steps outlined in each lesson of Phase 2.

PHASE THREE (MAINTENANCE)

Weeks 10-12 (March 8th-28th)

>>  This is the phase in which you will put all of the pieces of the puzzle together...everything that you learned in phase 1 and phase 2 so that you can MAINTAIN and not gain it all back. 

>> In Phase 3, you will practice MAINTENANCE so that you can keep the 10 pounds that you lost in Phase 2 off for good!! You may also continue to lose weight during this phase, but the main objective of Phase 3 is to maintain the weight you lost. You will set realistic & attainable goals so that you can have a plan that you’ll be able to stick with after the program is over. We will talk about “Why diets do not work” and what you should do instead of yo-yo dieting. We will also discuss how to conquer self-sabotage behaviors. You’ll still stick with a high protein, whole-food approach in Phase 3 and beyond. During this phase, you will also increase your weights so that you can continue to speed up your metabolism by shedding body fat and replacing it with lean muscle tissue.

>> At the end of Phase 3, your body fat percentage will be lower, your muscles will have a more sculpted & defined look, and you’ll be consistently eating high protein, whole-food meals and snacks.

The weekly meal plans are only SUGGESTIONS!! You absolutely do not have to follow them!! They are only meant to give you guidance & ideas on what to make. You are not required to make everything that is listed on the meal plan each week. If you have a food allergy or if you do not like something that is listed on the meal plan, you can definitely swap it out for something else!!

  • Yes!! I do this for every single participant!! Everyone's calorie range is different based on your age, height, weight, and activity level. I want to make sure you do not drop your calories too low otherwise you will not lose weight (you will store fat instead of burn it by dropping your calories too low). I spend 15-30 minutes figuring out each participants' calorie range and macro ratios and then I TEACH YOU how to do this so that you know how to calculated your calorie range & macro ratio after the program ends. 
  • Yes!!! That is exactly what this program is about!! This is a NUTRITION course and we will spend 12-weeks going over all of the things that you need to know about nutrition!! I'll teach you how to log your nutrition, how to hit your macro percentages, what foods are high in protein, what to order at restaurants, and SO MUCH MORE!! Plus, you'll have the opportunity every week to ask any nutrition questions that you have during our weekly question/answer sessions!!
  • You will have access to the course for 4 months…although it is a 12-week course, you will have one extra month to complete any course materials that you didn’t finish during the 12 weeks. Think of this as a 1-month "buffer" in case you fall behind and need to catch up on any videos.

Great question! All that you need for the workouts is a chair or step stool, dumbbells, and a yoga mat. For some of the workouts (BOOTY DAY) we use booty bands but you are not required to purchase booty bands. 

The daily Facebook Live workouts are 30-minutes in length. They are at 6am every morning. If 6am does not work for you, that is totally fine! You have tons of other options! Every night I email links to workouts so that you have the link to the workout videos if you cannot attend the Facebook Live. You will also have access to over 900 workout videos on your membership site. There's a wide variety of workouts to choose from...Abs, Booty, HIIT, Kickboxing, Yoga, Low-Impact, Tabata, and tons of other workout videos!

When you pay-in-full, the eBook of recipes will automatically be uploaded to your membership site. Those that sign up for payment plan will not receive this bonus. It is a BONUS that is given to customers who pay-in-full.

There's THREE qualifications your team is required to meet to be entered to win the TEAM grand prize...

  1. You and your team must complete 300 workouts in 12-weeks as a team. This breaks down to 25 workouts per week as a team...which is about 5-6 per person each week. Any workout counts!! It can be a Facebook Live workout, a video from your membership site, a 30-minute Sisterhood workout, a 7-minute Sisterhood workout, a Sisterhood Yoga session, etc. Every Facebook Live and every video counts as 1 of your 300...so if you want to do three 7-minute videos that would count as 3 workouts!! Your team leader will submit your team's weekly workouts every week.
  2. Everyone on your team has to prepare 3 meals or snacks every week and submit your "meal prep" photos to your team leader. Your team leader will submit these on Sunday of each week. These do NOT have to be Sisterhood recipes. This can be as simple as portioning out your fruit for smoothies, having Quest bars purchased, and marinating your meats for dinner. It is meant to hold you accountable to be prepared to eat healthy each week. 
  3. In week #9 of the program, your team will create a meal plan together. You can meet via Zoom, FaceTime, phone, in-person. All 4 team members must help with this homework assignment. Once your meal plan is filled out, your team leader will submit it to me & I will offer suggestions/feedback.
