You’ll practice staying within your calorie range, hitting your macro ratios, learning how to meal plan & meal prep, figuring out what to eat pre & post-workout, and setting yourself up for success on the weekends. This phase will change the way you look & feel about food…you’ll begin to realize which foods provide fuel for your body and how macros effect your body. At the end of Phase 2, you’ll be able to effectively hit your macro ratios without having to log your nutrition every single day. At the end of this phase, you will be 10 pounds lighter and you will have lost a significant amount of inches… if you’ve followed the steps outlined in each lesson of Phase 2.
>> This is the phase in which you will put all of the pieces of the puzzle together...everything that you learned in phase 1 and phase 2 so that you can MAINTAIN and not gain it all back.
>> In Phase 3, you will practice MAINTENANCE so that you can keep the 10 pounds that you lost in Phase 2 off for good!! You may also continue to lose weight during this phase, but the main objective of Phase 3 is to maintain the weight you lost. You will set realistic & attainable goals so that you can have a plan that you’ll be able to stick with after the program is over. We will talk about “Why diets do not work” and what you should do instead of yo-yo dieting. We will also discuss how to conquer self-sabotage behaviors. You’ll still stick with a high protein, whole-food approach in Phase 3 and beyond. During this phase, you will also increase your weights so that you can continue to speed up your metabolism by shedding body fat and replacing it with lean muscle tissue.

The weekly meal plans are only SUGGESTIONS!! You absolutely do not have to follow them!! They are only meant to give you guidance & ideas on what to make. You are not required to make everything that is listed on the meal plan each week. If you have a food allergy or if you do not like something that is listed on the meal plan, you can definitely swap it out for something else!!
Great question! All that you need for the workouts is a chair or step stool, dumbbells, and a yoga mat. For some of the workouts (BOOTY DAY) we use booty bands but you are not required to purchase booty bands.
The daily Facebook Live workouts are 30-minutes in length. They are at 6am every morning. If 6am does not work for you, that is totally fine! You have tons of other options! Every night I email links to workouts so that you have the link to the workout videos if you cannot attend the Facebook Live. You will also have access to over 900 workout videos on your membership site. There's a wide variety of workouts to choose from...Abs, Booty, HIIT, Kickboxing, Yoga, Low-Impact, Tabata, and tons of other workout videos!
When you pay-in-full, the eBook of recipes will automatically be uploaded to your membership site. Those that sign up for payment plan will not receive this bonus. It is a BONUS that is given to customers who pay-in-full.
