First I'll cover what macros are & give you some quick examples of the three macros. Then I'll dive into the question I get asked frequently: "What's more important...counting calories or tracking macros?" I'll discuss which is more important for weight loss & I'll cover the benefits of tracking macros

How to Calculate Your Calorie Range + Macros

Next I'll walk you through how to calculate your calorie range & macros for certain states of your fitness journey (maintenance & plateaus). In this section I'll also discuss the age-old question: "Will I have to track calories/macros forever if I want to maintain where I'm at?" I'll explain the difference between strict macro tracking & loose macro tracking.

In the last part of the workshop, I'll go over how to be successful at hitting your macros. I'll give you my top 3 tips (macro tracking tools in MyFitnessPal, pre-logging, and gold star days).
