First I'll dive into the question I get asked frequently: "What's more important...counting calories or tracking macros?" I'll discuss which is more important for weight loss & I'll cover the benefits of tracking macros

How to Track Your Nutrition

Next I'll walk you through how to properly track your macros to reach your goal. In this section I'll also discuss the age-old question: "Will I have to track calories/macros forever if I want to maintain where I'm at?" I'll explain the difference between strict macro tracking & loose macro tracking.

Food Labels & Grocery Store Tips

In the last part of the workshop I'll teach you how to read a food label + how to track serving size. We'll dive into some grocery store tips like what to stay away from & what hidden marketing words companies put on their food to make you THINK it's healthy.
