In this section I'll also discuss the age-old question: "Will I have to track calories/macros forever if I want to maintain where I'm at?" I'll explain the difference between strict macro tracking & loose macro tracking.
In the last part of the workshop I'll teach you how to read a food label + how to track serving size. We'll dive into some grocery store tips like what to stay away from & what hidden marketing words companies put on their food to make you THINK it's healthy.
