  • What do I need for the workouts and how long are they? 
  • All that you'll need for the workouts is a step stool or exercise bench, dumbbells, booty band, gliders, and a yoga mat.

    For dumbbells, I would suggest a light, medium, and heavy set. For light dumbbells, I would suggest 3-8 pounds. For medium dumbbells, I would suggest 8-12 pounds. For heavy dumbbells, I would suggest 12-30 pounds.The daily LIVE workouts are 30-minutes in length.

    If you cannot attend the live workout, that is totally fine...all live workouts are uploaded to your membership site and app for you to replay at a time that works for you. You will also have access to over 2,000 workout videos on your membership site & app. There's a wide variety of workouts to choose from...Abs, Booty, HIIT, Kickboxing, Yoga, Low-Impact, Tabata, and tons of other workout videos! These workouts range from 7-minutes, 10-minutes, 30-minutes, and 50-minutes. YOU CHOOSE the workouts that work best for you!!

  • Can I stream the LIVE workouts and pre-recorded workout videos to my smart TV?
  • Yes!! All live-stream and on-demand videos can be streamed to your computer, phone, tablet, and TV!! (Stream to your tv with Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, Airplay)
  • Are these workouts doable for beginners, women who are pregnant, and women who are over the age of 60? Do you give modifications for exercises?
  • YES!! I have a wide variety of fitness levels in the Sisterhood group...women who are pregnant, women who are 8 weeks post-partum, women who are brand new to working out, women who are over the age of 60.

    These workouts are fully customizable to YOUR fitness level and to YOUR schedule!!

    Your membership site has over 2,000+ workout videos to choose from!!

    Another great perk of the pre-recorded videos is that you can press pause on the video at anytime!! Stop and take a break or an extra stretch whenever you need to!
  • How will I be supported during my membership? Who can I reach out to if I have exercise or nutrition questions?
  • OUR SISTERHOOD FACEBOOK GROUP IS WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE SO MUCH SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION!

    You'll receive support from me...you can email me or tag me on our FB page anytime throughout your membership with questions!

    You'll also receive support from Sisterhood members who have been in the Sisterhood for a while…they know what you’re going through and they can offer feedback, tips, tricks.

    Myself and the other Sisterhood members will answer questions, motivate you, trouble shoot, and offer feedback.

    If your question is not answered on our Facebook page, you can always send me a private email so that I can respond to your question.

  • How do the weekly meal plans work? Do I have to follow them in order to see results? Do you help me figure out my calorie range & macros?
  • The weekly meal plans are only SUGGESTIONS!! You absolutely do not have to follow them!! They are only meant to give you guidance & ideas on what to make. You are not required to make everything that is listed on the meal plan each week. If you have a food allergy or if you do not like something that is listed on the meal plan, you can definitely swap it out for something else!!

    The meal plans are only meant to give you ideas on what to make for breakfast, snacks, lunches, dinners, and desserts!!

    **I do NOT help you figure out your calorie range & macros in the Sisterhood Program...this is done separately in my other program that I offer called the Drop10 Program. This program is only offered twice per year. If you are interested in diving deeper into nutrition you can reach out to me privately to inquire about the Drop10 Program

Hi friend, I’m Erika! I’m a certified personal trainer (ACE), certified run coach and an RYT certified yoga instructor. As you might’ve guessed, I love fitness, but my true passion is inspiring, supporting and walking alongside women in their health and fitness journeys.
