FAQs

Great question! All that you'll need for the workouts is a chair or step stool or exercise bench, dumbbells, a booty band, gliders or paper plates, and a yoga mat.

For dumbbells, I would suggest a light, medium, and heavy set.

For light dumbbells, I would suggest 3-8 pounds.

 

  • For medium dumbbells, I would suggest 8-12 pounds.
  • For heavy dumbbells, I would suggest 12-30 pounds.


The daily Live workouts are 30-minutes in length. If you cannot attend the live workout, that is totally fine...all live workouts are uploaded to your membership site and app for you to replay at a time that works for you.

I also email each member a few workout videos each day. I send the email the night before so that you have the links to the workout videos before you wake up. You will also have access to over 1,000 workout videos on your membership site. There's a wide variety of workouts to choose from...Abs, Booty, HIIT, Kickboxing, Yoga, Low-Impact, Tabata, and tons of other workout videos! These workouts range from 7-minutes, 10-minutes, 30-minutes, and 50-minutes. YOU CHOOSE the workouts that work best for you!!

You can either join us daily for the Live workout OR choose one of the workout videos that I email you OR you can choose a workout video from your membership site!!

 

YES!! I have a wide variety of fitness levels in the Sisterhood group...women who are pregnant, women who are 8 weeks post-partum, women who are brand new to working out, women who are over the age of 60.

These workouts are fully customizable to YOUR fitness level and to YOUR schedule!!

During the workouts you will hear me say "Choose option #1 if you need to modify and/or need low-impact OR choose option #2 if you are advanced and/or want high-impact"

PLUS...your membership site has over 1,000+ workout videos to choose from!! There's videos like Prenatal Yoga, Low-Impact workouts, Ab workouts, Restorative Yoga, etc. YOU CHOOSE your workouts!!

Another great perk of the pre-recorded videos is that you can press pause on the video at anytime!! If you need a longer break, or if your newborn needs a bottle, or if you need to go take dinner out of the oven...you can press pause and then resume where you left off!! Stop and take a break or an extra stretch whenever you need to!

OUR SISTERHOOD FACEBOOK GROUP IS WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE SO MUCH SUPPORT AND MOTIVATION!!

 

  • You'll receive support from me (your coach)...you can email me or tag me on our FB page anytime throughout your membership with questions!
  • You'll also receive support from veteran Sisterhood members who have been in the Sisterhood for a while…they know what you’re going through and they can offer feedback, tips, tricks.
  • Myself and the other Sisterhood members will answer questions, motivate you, trouble shoot, and offer feedback.
  • You will have instant access to our private FB group as soon as you sign up.
  • You will also be able to ask questions through hashtags on our FB page.
  • If your question is not answered on our Facebook page, you can always send me a private email so that I can respond to your question.

 

The weekly meal plans are only SUGGESTIONS!! You absolutely do not have to follow them!! They are only meant to give you guidance & ideas on what to make. You are not required to make everything that is listed on the meal plan each week. If you have a food allergy or if you do not like something that is listed on the meal plan, you can definitely swap it out for something else!!

The meal plans are only meant to give you ideas on what to make for breakfast, snacks, lunches, dinners, and desserts!!

**I do NOT help you figure out your calorie range & macros in the Sisterhood Program...this is done separately in my other program that I offer called the Drop10 Program.
